Being an astrologer I have to predict according to his horoscope only. His horoscope is given herein.
At present Saturn dasa Mercury bukthi is running from 19/1/2018 Mercury lord 3rd & 6th lord sitting in second house with fourth lord Moon and fifth lord Sun This itself clearly shows that he has been accused for excess wealth(Moon) and got tension from government(Sun). Mercury being the lord of sixth(house of imprison) gave him imprisonment. However Mercury is in 2nd house which is a family house so Mercury also accused family members along with him. Mercury bukthi is running until 28/9/2020. When Rahu antaralen bukthi under Mercury bukthi started from July 22nd 2019 this problem started vigorously. Rahu antarlen bukthi is running up to 16/12/2019 so unexpectedly D.K Shivkumar has to face this situation in this Rahu antaralena bukthi. Double Maraka Venus sitting in 12th house aspecting 6th house gave D.K.Shivkumar further more problems that to from Ladies since Venus represents ladies. In transmission Jupiter in 7th house and Saturn in 8th house is also not good, Jupiter moves to Sagittarius sign from 1/11/2019 and remain there fore 13 months and Saturn moves to Capricorn sign in the month January 2020, But Jupiter and Saturn transmission is not favorable to D.K Shivkumar because Jupiter will be in 8th house and Saturn will be in 9th house from his sign Taurus. He may get bail in court most probably after 15/12/2019 that to performing Shanthi homa to evil effects otherwise it is too difficult. Ketu bukthi in Saturn dasa starts from 28/9/2020 Since Ketu is in 11th house from Ascendant and 2nd house from Saturn He will give big relief in the court case after 28/9/2020 Venus bukthi starts from 6/11/2021 and runs up to 5th Nov 2025. During the period of Venus bukthi again he has to face several problems. After 6th January 2025 his political life will be zoom up and he may become Chief Minister of Karnataka and complete his tenure period as CM. For him Congress party is better than Bharatiya Janata Party.
